We at Oxbridge Business School believe in student centric culture. Therefore, it is always our goal to nurture our student for the betterment of their future. We believe in creating an atmosphere of trust and confidence in the campus for the holistic development of the students.
Keeping in mind the holistic development of the students, we mentor them to improve their abilities and skills through observation, assessment modeling and by providing guidance.
Following are the Objectives of the Mentoring Cell.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Establishing rapport between faculty and students and therefore building a healthy relationship between them.
- Helping students to overcome homesickness and providing emotional support to students on individual basis.
- To enlighten the students about social and professional ethics and conduct.
- Identifying the weak areas and working out remedies to overcome those weaknesses.
- Recognizing the potential and interest of students and then guiding them to pursue and excel in their interests.
- Helping them to develop some hobbies to deal with homesickness and study related stress.
- To encourage them to participate in co-curricular and extras-curricular activities.
- To share the knowledge and experiences of the mentor with the mentees to help them understand their abilities better.
