Mrs. Pushpa is committed to fostering a collaborative and inclusive learning environment. She has 4 years of teaching experience & academically handled BBA, BBM & MBA subjects. She engaged with innovative teaching methods and cutting-edge research that challenged her thinking and encouraged critical analysis. She also participated in various extracurricular activities, which helped her develop new skills and build lasting friendships. Her teaching philosophy centers on experiential learning and real-world application, aiming to prepare students for the complexities of today’s business landscape.

As a faculty, received Certificate of Excellence for successfully organizing a National Level Management in 2012.  She was an Event Organizer for Management Development programs in 2011.

She lived in USA for more than 4 years and her experience was an incredibly enriching. She had the opportunity to immerse herself in a diverse culture, meeting people from various backgrounds and perspectives. This exposure broadened her understanding of different lifestyles and worldviews. Overall, her time in the U.S. fostered personal growth, cultural appreciation, and a deeper sense of global citizenship.
